IM3, a telco brand, has historically been strongly associated with youth, building significant equity among Gen Z. But, in a highly competitive market, IM3 needed to expand its relevance beyond this demographic to a broader target audience, including families and professionals.
This new target group seeks more practicality, ease, and reliability from their telco provider, especially during meaningful periods like Ramadan, when connections are highly valued and moments become more complex.
